Network Engineers LAN/WAN/VoIP

Responsibilities:
1) Lead complex network projects and implementations.
2) Analyze LAN/WAN network performance, capacity, stability, and security. Recommend aadesign/plan, and implement network improvements based on analysis.
3) Evaluate, define, and document standards, processes, and
aaprocedures.
4) Document network topology and site configurations.
5) Evaluate network management/monitoring tools.
6) Mentor network engineers, administrators, and technicians.
7) Maintain LAN/WAN network connectivity and services.
8) Diagnose LAN/WAN operational problems and implement
aaimprovements.
9) Evaluate and/or recommend purchases (you will have an strong influence on the purchasing aaprocess).
10) Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express as well as Unity and Unity aaaExpress.

Must have current CCNA/CCNP and/or field experience;

Microsoft Windows Network Administrators:

Responsibilities:
Must have experience designing, installing and maintaining Windows based networks. Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Server 2003/2000. Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007, Symantec Backup Exec, IIS, SQL.

Must have MCP/MCSE/MCSA and/or Field Experience
